Our small lot is first come, first served. Contact us in advance to save a space for a VIP. For easier access to our ADA-accessible main entrance, look for parking on Santa Monica Boulevard.

Screening room guide
Arrival
You and your guests can arrive up to an hour early. The theater opens 15 minutes before your screening for a free tech check, as long as your film reaches us 24 hours ahead.
Sending your film
Send complete playback media at least 24 hours ahead. Your own upload link is free. Fancy’s upload server includes 40 GB, then $1 per additional GB. Drives can be dropped off during staffed hours at no charge.
Bringing the film on the day? Add the one-hour tech setup ($150) when you book so someone is ready to load and check it.
Food and cleanup
Food and refreshments are welcome. Include cleanup in your timing; the clock stops when the last guest has left and the space is clean.
Changes and cancellations
Cancel 48 or more hours ahead for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, we refund 50%. Under 24 hours, the booking can’t be refunded.
