Before you arrive

Send the film early. Plan the guest experience.

01 / Media

Deliver your film at least 24 hours ahead.

We accept DCP, ProRes, and other high-quality digital files. Playback runs from DaVinci Resolve, and advance delivery gives us time to test picture and sound.

Last-minute files are welcome, but playback cannot be guaranteed without a prior test.

02 / Guests

Bring the list, invitations, and hospitality plan.

Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. For catering or a larger group, include cleanup time in the booking or ask Fancy to help.

We can also provide a short RSVP form or help manage attendance when needed.

Shape the event around the film

Use the room for more than playback.

Daytime screenings, short-form presentations, private reviews, and multi-segment programs are all possible. Add a discussion, move into the atrium afterward, or keep the event simple and focused.

Optional support includes a projectionist, technical help, extended cleanup or catering assistance, and breakout or conference rooms.
