The basics

This Privacy Policy explains how Fancy Film ("Fancy," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit fancyfilm.com, contact us through the site, or interact with content we host here. We have tried to write it in plain language.

Using this website means you understand the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

Google Analytics 4 is optional on this site. Under Basic Consent Mode, its tag does not load and no information is sent to Google Analytics before you choose “Accept Analytics.” If you accept, Google Analytics measures page views without the page's query string or fragment. Fancy does not use Google Analytics for marketing or advertising. You can decline or change this choice later using “Analytics choices” in the footer.

HubSpot chat loads independently of your Google Analytics choice. Declining Analytics does not disable HubSpot or other third-party content that a page may load.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in limited ways:

• Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run the site and our outreach, including HubSpot (forms, chat, and customer-relationship management) and Google Analytics (optional traffic measurement), as well as hosting providers. They may process information on our behalf under agreements that limit how they can use it.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fancy, our visitors, or others.

Third-party services and embeds

This site relies on third-party services that have their own privacy practices, including HubSpot, Google Analytics after acceptance, the 3D tour provider used for room previews, the map provider on our contact page, and the social and industry links in our footer (such as Instagram, IMDb, and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to review their policies.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your request, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your privacy choices and California rights

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages, and you can ask us to update or delete information you have shared.
