Theo Goodman

Theo Goodman keeps Fancy's systems and its building running. On the IT side that means the network, storage, Resolve systems, backups, and access the finishing bays depend on; on the facility side it means HVAC, maintenance, room setup, the gates, and tours for prospective subtenants. He owns the technical setup for client sessions and screenings—the part of room prep that has to be right before anyone sits down—and works alongside Julia and Michelle as one of the three people keeping the campus running day to day.
