Michael Hall

Michael Hall builds Fancy's community programming—the screenings, workshops, and partner events that bring filmmakers into the building when there isn't a finishing job on the schedule. He plans each one end to end, from the newsletter and social posts through the hospitality on the night itself, and he is usually the arrival contact for filmmaker teams coming in for the Rough|Impact series. He comes to the work as a writer, documentarian, and curator, and he measures the program less by ticket revenue than by who keeps coming back.
